NEWARK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 26, 2006--Ultralife Batteries,
Inc. (NASDAQ:ULBI) will hold its annual meeting of shareholders for
the period ending December 31, 2005, at the Company's headquarters in
