     NEWARK, New York--(BUSINESS  WIRE)--Jan. 4, 2006--Ultralife Batteries, Inc.
(NASDAQ:  ULBI) will be presenting at the Eighth Annual Growth Conference hosted
by Needham & Company on January 12, 2006.
